With a whisk gently break the melting cream cheese and whisk together. Then add the seasonings and stir in one cup of Mozzarella.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Pour half of the cheese sauce in a 9x13 casserole dish.
Spread the chicken mixture into an even layer along the length of each cooked noodle, then roll noodle to opposite end and place seam side down in the casserole dish (keeping it tightly rolled). Repeat with the remaining noodles and chicken mixture.
Pour the remaining cheese sauce over the rolled lasagna noodles and sprinkle the remaining Mozzarella. Cover with foil and bake 30–35 minutes then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and cheese is crispy.
