Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Arrange the vegetables in a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, drizzle the olive oil over all the vegetables, sprinkle the Italian seasoning blend and salt and pepper over all the vegetables. Using your hands gently work the seasonings into the vegetables. Lastly sprinkle the brown sugar just over the butternut squash.
