Shaved Parmesan pieces for serving.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<div class=\"cooked-recipe-directions\">\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 1\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Pat the chicken dry with paper towels, season both sides with salt, pepper and paprika.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Heat a large saut\u00e9 pan on medium heat, once the pan is hot add the olive oil, and the seasoned chicken tenders to the pan. Cook the tenders 5 minutes per side, only turn once so the chicken develops a golden color. Sprinkle the crushed red pepper flakes. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Meanwhile boil the water, season with salt and cook the pasta just until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add the sun dried tomatoes, heavy cream, half &amp; half cream, and pasta water to the pan with the chicken tenders, increase the heat to medium high and cook until the creams come to a light simmer. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add basil to the pan and stir in and simmer for a couple of minutes.<br \/>\nDrain the pasta and add it to the sauce, gently fold in the shredded Fontina and then the Parmesan cheese and let simmer for 2 minutes so the pasta can absorb some of the sauce and thicken. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Transfer to a large serving bowl, add some shaved Parmesan strips and the reserved chopped basil.
