If you’re a fan of buffalo chicken wings with blue cheese dip then you’ll love this pizza!

 1 13.8 ounce roll Pillsbury pizza crust or pizza dough of your preference
 1 cup blue cheese dressing
 1 ½ cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
 2 cups prepared chicken breast strips
 ½ –3⁄4 cup Franks hot sauce (depending on your spice level)
 1 cup crumbled creamy Danish blue cheese
 2 cups Mache greens or you can use baby arugula
 Cooking oil spray

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Spray the bottom of a large sheet pan with cooking oil or line with parchment paper. Unroll the pizza dough and stretch to fit your pan, spread the blue cheese dressing evenly and sprinkle the shredded Mozzarella cheese.

In a bowl add the chicken strips and hot sauce and mix together to coat the chicken. Layer the buffalo chicken strips and the crumbled blue cheese on the pizza.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, let the pizza sit for a few minutes and then add the Mache on the top and cut into slices.
