If life gives you avocados…make guacamole!

Yields4 Servings
 4 ripe Hass avocados, peeled, pitted and roughly mashed 1 lime juiced
 1 jalapeño, finely diced
 1 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp red onion, finely diced
 1 Roma tomato seeded, cored, small dice
 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
 4 dashes Tabasco sauce
 salt and pepper to taste

🥑In a bowl mix the onions, jalapeño, tomato, olive oil and lime juice.

🥑In the same bowl add the roughly mashed avocados (should be chunky), Tabasco, cilantro and using a fork gently mix all the ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Best served right away or cover tightly with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to an hour.
