These beautiful vegetables are seasoned and roasted perfectly that will be a definite crowd pleaser.

 1 butternut squash, peeled, seeds removed and cut into large cubes(try to keep them the same size so they cook evenly)
 2 zucchini cut into 2 inch pieces(scrape & discard some of the flesh near the seeds because it holds a lot of moisture)
 1 bunch of thick asparagus, rinsed well and cut the tough stems off (about 2 inches from the bottom)
 1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded and cut into large pieces1-2 peppers
 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil4-5 tbsps of oil
 1 tbsp Italian season blend
 1 tbsp brown sugar
 Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Arrange the vegetables in a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, drizzle the olive oil over all the vegetables, sprinkle the Italian seasoning blend and salt and pepper over all the vegetables. Using your hands gently work the seasonings into the vegetables. Lastly sprinkle the brown sugar just over the butternut squash. Roast for 18-20 minutes and then broil for 1 to 2 minutes, keeping a close eye on them. Arrange the vegetables on a platter. Hope you enjoy and share this recipe!!! ❤️
