 4 rustic personal size pizza flatbreads or cauliflower personal pizza crusts
 1 cup marinara sauce
 8 oz fresh Mozzarella cheese pre- sliced log
 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
 4 oz sliced pepperoni or thinly sliced soppressata
 Italian herb mix Fresh basil chopped

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees

Place the flat breads in a large sheet pan, spread the 1⁄4 cup of sauce on each, tear the fresh Mozzarella into pieces and randomly place on the flat bread, sprinkle lightly with herb blend and layer the shredded Mozzarella on each and place the pepperoni on each pizza. Bake for 10 minutes and let sit for a few minutes before slicing, sprinkle fresh basil on each pizza.
