These juicy Chicken Thighs are just right for a busy night. Full of flavor, thanks to @SirKensigtons marinade. Boneless, skinless chicken thighs are so delicious and easy to cook!
Remove the chicken thighs from the refrigerator and place in a shallow pan or dish.
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine golden citrus marinade, soy sauce, and the Borsari citrus blend seasoning. Pour the mixture all over the chicken thighs, and using tongs flip the chicken and make sure to cover the chicken in the marinade. Let sit 20-30 minutes on the counter, or otherwise you can also cover with foil and marinade in the fridge for several hours until ready to cook. Remember to let the chicken sit at least 30 to 45 minutes at room temperature before cooking.
Heat the olive oil in a very large deep nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken thighs in the heated oil for about 7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature registers at 165˚F. Remove chicken thighs from the pan and transfer to your serving platter. Pour any juices over the thighs.
Sprinkle thinly sliced scallions, parsley, and chopped chives.
Serve with a spring mix green lettuce blend and sliced heirloom tomatoes. Serve immediately and enjoy your yummy dinner!
