Roasting this veggie brings out a flavor reminiscent of the best aspects of both broccoli and cauliflower, it’s an amazing addition to any meal. Ready to try it yet?!

 1 medium head of Romanesco @MisfitsMarket
 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 ½ tsp kosher salt
 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
 1 tbsp spicy Szechuan sauce
 1 tsp honey

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees, lay parchment down on the large sheet pan.

In small bowl mix together soy sauce, spicy Szechuan sauce and honey.

Slice the Romanesco into 1/2 thick slices. Drizzle a little olive oil over each slice and lightly spring with salt. Then spread the sauce on top of each slice.

Bake for 20 minutes and serve as a side with your favorite fish or meat.
