Quick and Easy Pan Fried Shrimp…Shrimply The Best! You won’t believe how easy this can be. 🦐🍤 Most shrimp is frozen soon after being caught, so the freshest-tasting shrimp is the kind you buy in the freezer aisle rather than the thawed stuff at the supermarket fish counter. Unless you know and trust your fish monger. Thaw it yourself just before you need it.
Mediterranean Sole BakeThis Mediterranean inspired fish dish is super simple, healthy, and delicious...makes for a great weeknight dinner!
The Best Baked Bronzino FilletsBronzino, or European Sea bass, is a type of white fish. Native to the waters off Europe's western and southern coasts, as well as the northern African coast, it's quite popular in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine. Mild, flaky, and slightly sweet. Branzino tastes remarkably similar to other types of sea bass and halibut.
Tuna Poke BowlsYou can use any rice or vegetables of your choice... these are the ingredients I had on hand.
Roasted Spaghetti Squash with Shrimp & Sunny EggIt’s squash season! It’s known for its strands that look exactly like angel hair pasta. This delicious roasted Spaghetti Squash with Shrimp is a lighter take on shrimp scampi that is quick and easy, healthy and full of so much flavor!
Healthy & Delicious Seared Tuna SteaksNo need for a midweek meal to be boring…I love plating this seared tuna around a fresh green salad, it makes such a beautiful presentation, it’s healthy and nutritious too!
Pan Seared Wild Caught GrouperOfishally my favorite dish!!! Wild Caught Grouper is slightly sweet with a mild flavor and a firm flaky texture that’s easy to prepare. I season it subtly and pan sear the fillets with a sauce that seals the deal!
Salmon and Tuna PokeServe with your favorite sides like steamed Basmati rice sprinkled with the rice seasoning blend, baby Romain leaves and Endive as vessels for serving. I made a salad with julienned zucchini, carrots, and mango for some sweetness and crunch, pickled red onions, slices of avocados, lime wedges, thinly sliced mini cucumbers, radishes, Kimchi, seaweed salad, edamame and thinly sliced jalapeños. Extra soy or Ponzu sauce for serving. You can make both salmon and tuna poke or choose one and try the other another time. I love this meal, it’s healthy, fun to creat your own bowl, filling and it’s delicious!
