 8 –9 Lasagna noodles, prepare according to the directions on the package, drain and lay noodles in a lightly oiled sheet pan in a single layer. Set aside.
Filling
 1 lb prepared roasted chicken, diced in small pieces, (you can use deboned rotisserie chicken)
 2 cups whole milk ricotta
 1 egg
 ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
 2 cups fresh spinach finely chopped
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepperIn a large bowl mix all the ingredients together and set aside.
Cheese Sauce
 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese softened
 4 cups milk
 2 cups shredded Mozzarella, reserve one cup for topping
 1 tsp garlic salt
 1 tsp dried basil
 ½ tsp pepper

In a medium sauce pan heat milk to a very low simmer and add the cream cheese. With a whisk gently break the melting cream cheese and whisk together. Then add the seasonings and stir in one cup of Mozzarella.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Pour half of the cheese sauce in a 9x13 casserole dish.
Spread the chicken mixture into an even layer along the length of each cooked noodle, then roll noodle to opposite end and place seam side down in the casserole dish (keeping it tightly rolled). Repeat with the remaining noodles and chicken mixture.
Pour the remaining cheese sauce over the rolled lasagna noodles and sprinkle the remaining Mozzarella. Cover with foil and bake 30–35 minutes then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and cheese is crispy.
